After my first marathon four years ago, Jane and I were nursing our sore legs and reflecting back on all our training and the race itself. We had been preparing for months. To this day it is the hardest physical thing I have ever done. She said it was challenging but that she could probably do it without any training if she really wanted to. I thought it was impossible. 

As I watched her cross the finish line, I stood there eating my words with a huge smile on my face.
